Homebrew Equipment:
Beer bottles (48 to 60), bottle caps, bottle capper
Rubber stoppers to fit beer bottle and fermenters, fermentation lock
Brewpot (enamel canning pot or stainless steel pot; do not use aluminum)
Large funnel
Large strainer that fits well into the top of the funnel
2 fermenters (5 gallon glass carboys, or 5 or 6 gallon plastic pails with lids)
Bottling bucket (5 gallon pail; a valve spigot attached to a hole near the bottom of the bucket can make bottling easier as you won't need to start a siphon)
Food-grade tubing for racking and bottling
Food-grade thick tubing for initial kreusen blow-off
Gas stove or propane burner
Hydrometer (if you want to measure your specific gravity)
Kitchen scale, measuring cups
Grain bag or cheesecloth bag
